What they eat: Should have an intake of about 2g of protein per pound, Ex 160 lbs. = 320g of protein. And for every 100g of protein, you should drink 1 gallon of water. MMA fighters should eat a meal every 2-3 hours.
- Avoid foods with too much fats and sugar. If you eat too much protein your body stores it as fat. Stick to two and three serving of protein a day.
- Have mental skills to overcome obstacles and challenges.
