Hit the weights hard and fast so this means no making out, and no long rest breaks between sets.
Do 20 to 30 reps with 30 seconds rest in between each set. Do 4 to 5 sets.
This is the best and I know everyone loves this because it’s so good for the heart. Cardio yes I said it Cardio…about 2 to 3 days a week.
