Achieve Greater Endurance

Achieving greater endurance is simple to achieve, but it’s the hardest one to execute, here’s why:

You need to do a lot more reps and less weight when lifting.

When running you need to sprint more in longer distances.( run then sprint then run then sprint) Builds the oxygen in the system opens the lungs more and helps energy through your day.

Endurance comes from your favorite friend time.

You race time on every level. For instance your breaks are shorter so you have to learn to recover faster, your sprinting is longer but faster each time. 

You are doing more reps per set in less time. 

So achieving endurance you need to make time on your side….

And also don’t forget one of the most important things to do and that is STRETCH all the time for longer than the 10 seconds we’ve been programmed to do…
